Gavino started his real estate career over 10 years ago locating investment residential and commercial properties for a local real estate investment corporation. Gavino focused on distressed and foreclosed properties and became very successful in properties acquisitions. Gavino now provides Full Service Commercial and Residential Real Estate Dispositions, Acquisitions, Leasing and Property Management all within the Southern California area.

Currently, Gavino is focused on attracting local and regional property management accounts and maintaining excellent service to our established valued clients currently managed by BOS Commercial, Inc. and Responsive Property Management, Inc., In addition, Gavino is highly motivated, thriving on the challenge of creating and developing relationships with prospects and clients. Gavino also focuses his attention to Commercial Foreclosures with the intent to help those property owners in this challenging economy by listening and communicating with each client special situation in order to find what is their best option for their business and personal situation.
Gavino’s most recent Commercial Transaction: Thirty (30) Year Lease for a Drive-Thru Restaurant in which both Landlord and Tenant were extremely happy with rate and terms of agreement.
