Bos Commercial has been involved in several syndications or Tenant in Common (TIC) investments. These groups are formed from a group of qualified investors who wish to purchase commercial property. These are a great way for an investor to take a passive interest in a property and limit their liability. If you have no desire to deal with the day to day management, the uncertainty of your investment choices, wish to use 401K or IRA monies to get stable returns, or just getting started in real estate investment, then this may be a great way to go.
